Eco Tours: (minimum of 4) max of 6 passengers, $100 per person, includes tax
Refunds: If we do not charter due to weather, you will receive a 100% refund, or a rain check. Once we leave the harbor, then, if we must return because of bad weather, you will receive a 50% refund. We do not go out on High Wind / Stormy weather days. Your deposit is refunded in full if we are unable to leave port. Cancellations: If WE have to cancel your charter due to circumstances beyond OUR control, we will reschedule your trip, try to place you on another vessel, or refund any monies paid. If YOU cancel your reservation, prior to two weeks of your charter date, WE will refund your deposit in full. If YOU cancel with LESS than two weeks notice, and WE can fill your seats, WE will still refund any deposits paid, but if WE are unable to fill your seats, WE WILL keep your deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
